You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights or copyrights. Prefine Packaging does not assume responsibility for unauthorized use of copyrighted materials submitted by customers.

3. Customer Artwork & Content

All artwork submitted by customers must meet the following requirements:

• Provided in CMYK color format
  
  

• Minimum resolution of 300 DPI
  
  

• Print-ready and accurately formatted
  
  

Prefine Packaging is not liable for color variations resulting from RGB to CMYK conversions or quality issues arising from incorrect or low-resolution artwork.

By uploading artwork or content, you grant Prefine Packaging a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify it as required to fulfill your order.

4. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered authorized by you. Prefine Packaging reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, including those used to upload inappropriate or illegal content.

5. Product Suitability

Unless explicitly stated, our packaging materials are not food-safe. If you require food-grade packaging, it is your responsibility to notify us before placing an order so we can provide appropriate materials.

6. Proofing & Approval

All customers are responsible for reviewing and approving digital proofs and layout files prior to printing. Prefine Packaging is not liable for:

• Spelling or grammatical errors
  
  

• Incorrect fonts, sizes, or placements
  
  

• Design errors once the proof is approved
  
  

No changes can be made once printing begins.

7. Printing Limitations

Prefine Packaging is not responsible for issues caused by:

• Customer-supplied files with missing fonts or layers
  
  

• Alignment or layout errors in approved artwork
  
  

• Size discrepancies due to improper formatting

8. Returns & Refunds

Because all orders are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the error is due to a verified production fault on our end. In such cases, we will provide a complimentary reprint.

Defects or order issues must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

9. Reprint Process

To qualify for a reprint:

• The issue must be verified by our Quality Control Team
  
  

• Products must be returned within seven (7) business days
  
  

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  
  

Reprints will be processed upon confirmation of the issue.

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if production or shipping has not begun. Once printing or shipment is underway, cancellation is not possible. Cancellation requests are subject to review, and applicable fees will be communicated by our Support Team.

11. Limitation of Liability

Prefine Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, USA.
