Customers are responsible for any content, images, or artwork submitted to Prefine Packaging. By uploading artwork, you confirm you have the rights or permissions to use that content. All designs must be in CMYK format at 300 DPI. Prefine Packaging is not liable for color shifts or quality loss due to incorrect file formats or low-resolution uploads.

You grant us a non-exclusive right to use the submitted content for production purposes related to your order.

7. Proof Approval and Printing Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs and layouts before final production. Prefine Packaging is not liable for errors related to content, fonts, sizing, or alignment once proofs are approved.

8. Order Policy & Reprints

All sales are final. If Prefine Packaging makes a verified production error, we will reprint the affected order. Refunds and exchanges are not offered. Defects or missing items must be reported within three business days of delivery.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before printing or shipping begins. Once production or dispatch is underway, cancellation is not possible. Cancellation fees may apply and will be communicated by our Support Team.
