  • All custom printed boxes, labels, or other personalized packaging items are made according to your specifications.

  • Because these products are customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • Please double-check all design files, spelling, dimensions, and other details before approving production.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damage or defect and your order details.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted due to the customized nature of the product.

4. Shipping Issues

  • Shipping delays can occur due to carriers, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is with the shipping carrier.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
