Return & Refund Policy
Customers should notify Prefine Packaging within three business days if their order is defective or doesn’t meet their specifications. Since products are custom-made, chargebacks are not accepted. However, if Prefine Packaging is at fault, a complimentary reprint will be provided.
Reprint Process
If a defect is confirmed, customers must return the order within seven business days at their expense. For refunds due to customer errors, a chargeback will be issued after deducting setup and shipping costs.
