Return & Refund Policy
At Prefine Packaging, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in producing high-quality custom packaging solutions. Because all products are made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive an order that is defective or does not match your approved specifications, please notify us within three (3) business days of receiving your shipment by contacting our Support Team at:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the defect.
Custom Orders Policy
All of our products are custom-made. As such, they cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for errors that are the result of:
Customer-provided artwork or files
Spelling or grammar errors in approved proofs
Improper use of color formats (e.g., RGB instead of CMYK)
Incorrect sizes or layout approved by the customer
Chargebacks initiated for these reasons will not be honored.
Reprint Eligibility
If Prefine Packaging is at fault due to a verified production error, we will offer a complimentary reprint of the affected items. To qualify for a reprint:
The issue must be reported within three business days of delivery.
The defective products must be returned within seven (7) business days of the complaint.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Reprints are processed after we inspect and confirm the defect.
Refunds (Where Applicable)
In rare cases where a refund is warranted:
A refund will be issued only after setup, handling, and shipping costs are deducted.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
We do not issue refunds for customer errors or dissatisfaction with approved layouts and proofs.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before printing or shipping begins. If production has started or the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancellation fees may apply, and our team will inform you of the amount based on order progress.
